Shipping and Deliveries
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2 business days.
Deliveries to mainland Portugal usually take between 2 and 4 business days after shipping.
For Madeira and the Azores, the usual delivery time is 4 to 7 working days.
International shipping can take between 5 and 12 business days, depending on the destination.
Do you ship to islands or other countries?
Yes. We ship to Madeira, the Azores, and several international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the address.
How can I track my order?
Depending on the shipping option you choose, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and link to track it.
Is shipping paid?
We offer free shipping for purchases over €90 to mainland Portugal. For purchases under €90, shipping is paid by the customer.
Exchanges and Returns
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes. We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of receipt, as long as the products are new, unused, and with tags.
How should I proceed to exchange or return?
Send an email to limitlessbrand@gmail.com with your order number and instructions for exchange or return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions.
Are the return costs my responsibility?
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective items or shipping errors.

Do Limitless products maintain their quality after use?
Our pieces are designed to preserve their comfort and original appearance over time, as long as you follow the washing and care instructions indicated.
How should I care for my Limitless pieces?
Limitless pieces are made to last; they just need care. Wash inside out, on cold, and with similar colors. Let it air dry in the shade, and iron only inside out. Avoid hanging for too long and fold carefully. If a thread comes loose, cut it instead of pulling. By following these simple steps, your piece will maintain its comfort and original appearance over time.
How can I be sure I'm buying an original Limitless product?
Official sales are made exclusively through our online store and authorized channels. If you have any questions, please contact us before making your purchase.

What payment methods do they accept?
We accept payments with credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), Multibanco references, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Mbway (Portugal).
Can I change or cancel the order after it has been confirmed?
